Agreement to Terms

This disclosure and privacy policy (”Privacy Policy”) governs the manner in which the Site and Quantstamp collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from you as a visitor, user, applicant, client, or any other person accessing the Site. Quantstamp considers your privacy as very important. This Site is not directed nor intended to be used by any individual or individuals under the age of eighteen (18).

Information Collected

• “Know Your Client” (or “KYC”) or anti-money laundering/counter-terrorism financing information. Quantstamp may be required by applicable law or regulation in certain circumstances to conduct, or work with third party service providers to conduct, “know your client” identification and/or anti-money laundering/counter-terrorism financing procedures. To comply with our obligation, we may also collect the following information from the Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) of you or our clients:  first and family name, copy of identification, nationalities, tax residence, tax filing information, assets, financial information, private/residence address, phone number, email address, date of birth, marital status, profession and actual function, range of annual income, range of estimated wealth, source of wealth and (where applicable) a United States or other Taxpayer Identification Number.

Collection of your information and Personal Data may be gathered by (but not limited to) the following methods:

• We may obtain information and Personal Data about you from Internet page forms or by other means you may volunteer, transmit, or make available information. We may also collect information and Personal Data about how you and visitors of our Site uniquely surf or browse our Site (this may include but not limited to, the originating server of you as a visitor/user/applicant).
• We may use cookies (A cookie is software that a Web server can store on the your PC and use to identify you should they visit the web site again) to track how you use our Site. It is possible that the information submitted or collected or made accessible from you may be Personal Data.
